I live in Seminole Heights, which is up-and-coming, hipster, artsy community. It is also close to the school. South Tampa it is not far & is beautiful, but more expensive & can be a tad douchey. I've been accepted into the West Palm class and I'm assuming the schedules will be somewhat similar and I'm just trying to get an idea of what to expect.
