cejones1993
So AT Still states that medical terminology can be completed as 1-3 credits according to their prerequisites page. Would it be more competitive taking the 3 credit option rather than the 1 credit option? Or does it even matter which option since both are accepted? I figure if it doesn't matter taking the 1 credit to save some money but I don't want to decrease my competitiveness by doing so if it makes a difference. Opinions? Thanks! Administrator rev ronin Posted April 29, 2015 Administrator Share Posted April 29, 2015 Medical terminology is an easy 'A' for anyone who can succeed in PA school. So, you pay extra for the extra two credits, do more work, and get more 4.0 to boost your GPA. I don't think the course being 3 credits is per se any more important to AdComs, but the GPA nudge should be a net benefit: If you've already got a 3.5+ cGPA, then you can save time and $$ and just take the 1 credit. cejones1993
My current cGPA is about 3.65. I will have an exact next week after graduation. I think I will do the 3 credit option then to give my self a little boost. Thanks!
