Please advise. nope pretty low look up the going rates by plugging in the codes at http://www.cms.gov/apps/physician-fee-schedule/license-agreement.aspx I would say there is minimal overhead, and you should do it for no less then 50% of collections. Sam I Am Posted April 29, 2015 Share Posted April 29, 2015 The amount he's offering to pay you is ridiculous...You should expect between $30-80 - $30 for a follow up and $80 for an initial visit. Be careful, he sounds scrupulous as most SNF/LTC work is extremely lucrative. He's most likely trying to keep the majority of the profit for himself.
