cm7sus4
Recently, I read an old post from a vet who stated that he put in all of his awards (medals/ribbons) earned on application...is this a common practice? I've already got all my schools/training attended...are vets putting down stuff like campaign medals, acheivement medals, etc? I also remember someone stating that she/he put in the number of people she/he supervised and dollar amount of equipment responsible for...where would this information go in the application? Thanks for helping me navigate this.
Boatswain2PA
I just put in "various other personal, team, and unit awards". I dont think anyone in academia cares, let alone understands, what most of it means. Few exceptions- if you had a command position, were cited for heroism, etc....things that could be explained in civilian soundbite terms.
