PennPA4 Posted October 16, 2014 Share Posted October 16, 2014 I dont know about New grad but here in Pennsylvania i can tell you that I was offered in neurosurg 107k with production bonus of 15% overhead plus end of the year bonus ("Christmas bonus"). NO Call at all ( which was important to me). I do have 5 years experience. Is it bad or good, i dont know, but a lot of people on this forum said it was low. I personally think a lot of people on this forum either work long hours or just like to BS, thinking they should make millions. AAPA says 50% percentile for neurosurg in northeast and Pennsylvania is around 95k and with bonus 115k for 5-9 year expereince. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
