I guess if you are an expert in PA practice (as evidenced by professional society leadership, involvement w/ state medical board and law, or a leader in PA cardiology for example) you can advertise yourself as someone to review malpractice cases and serve as expert witness. A few PAs do this. I also know a few PAs that have done masters programs such as the program at Seton hall focused on health law. But I guess that is more policy or academic work.
