hlj25950
Know your ortho! Look at OKU or other books. Be willing to work long hours.
KMD16
Just be yourself. Do not makeup stories. Take mental note. Show strong drive and willingness to learn. Be confident in yourself. Strong hand shake. Direct eye contact. Clean shave/haircut and sport jacket/suit. Respectful. If asked why orthopedic? If you have any interesting case that you were involved in during your Ortho rotation, feel free to talk about it. Make sure that you're comfortable discussing the case, indication for the surgery, specific surgical approach use and why not the other approach and surgical outcome (support with literature). G/luck.
