I was placed on the alternate list as well. Does anyone know how many people they are allowing on the wait list this year? Or how likely it is you will get in if you are on it? Also, how do you know what number you are on the list?

From my understanding (I found it on their website) they accept 20 wait list people. The top 10 were ranked and that was indicated in the email. The other 10 are not in any particular order

Received an email saying I was on an alternate list, but probably would not be offered a spot.  I was pretty disappointed.  Good Luck to the rest of you!

I believe that we will only hear something as people withdraw from the class and they go through the waitlist down the line for acceptances to fill the open slots. So since we haven't heard anything yet (I haven't either), I would assume its because either noone has dropped out yet, or people have but we have not been high enough on the list to fill the slots yet
