Masters program VS Certificate if you already have MS

I now see that the Anne Arundel Community College/UMB program is offering the program with an "MS In Health Science" from UMB, would this still be equaivalent to the MMS?

I don't think so. AACC is a well respected and long time program. The MS is a result of your program. There are many different names for our degrees. A MMS or MS in Heath Science is better than a certificate or an AA degree by far. In fact, I feel that the MS is more familiar to outsiders than any of our other degrees.

Just looking at the number of classes for the MS per their web site, AACC seems to have beefed up their masters program quite a bit.  It actually looks much more extensive now.
