livewell
Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone knew of a great CNA Text book to help me prepare for the CNA exam. I wasn't a big fan of the text book my CNA course gave me and was looking for something else to help improve my basic CNA knowledge. Any recommendations? enfermeraRN
Before I started nursing school and I wanted to be a CNA, I just went on Amazon and found a cheap used one. Yea there are books for CNAs lol. Mostly talks about patient safety, body mechanics, restraints, basic anatomy... Some also talk about venipuncture for techs... Ferraro
I used the nursing assistant exam booklet provided on my state website and watched YouTube videos. There wasn't a video that was designed for my specific state test, but many are very similar. I just made sure to take notice of any discrepancies between the video and the state booklet.
