patobe123
should i wait until my senior year to take anatomy, phys and biochem? i'm thinking by the time i get to pa school (i'm in my junior year now, plan on taking a year off for HCE) i'll prob forget most of the details regarding those classes anyway. would it be a big deal if i just went ahead and took those classes right away instead of waiting 1-3 semesters? thank you! GreatChecko
Take them whenever your schedule puts you in the best position to get a good grade. It doesn't matter when. PA school will ensure you know what you need when you get there.
ToppDog
Look at the schools you plan on applying to & see if any of their pre-req's need to be within a certain number of years. If so, then I would knock out the ones that don't first, & save the ones that expire until your senior year. Life gets in the way. Things don't always go as planned. You don't really want to find yourself down the road having to retake certain classes over that you got A's in because they've been deemed too old.
