saldanamoreno
I am going to the open house on the 26th. What would be some good questions to ask during the open house? What should I be looking for? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
BluePhoenix
Ask questions specific to your own concerns and interests. I know this sounds extremely generic, but let's say you're interested in Emory because of it's Anatomy lab. This won't be elaborated on much at the open house, so it would be great to get a better idea of what it's like. In addition, think about asking questions regarding areas you may have weaknesses in and how to improve on those areas. There will be several students currently in the program in attendance, so you will have the opportunity to ask these questions. Also, avoid asking questions like "Can I get in with a 3.0?" or one we got last week, "How can I get more community service hours?". These types of questions are too vague and won't have good answers. Make your questions specific.
