  1. I work as a physician assistant at an orthopedic urgent care center where we offer Neuromuscular Electric Stimulation (NMES) as a therapy to aid in recovery and healing. We have a therapist here 3 days a week for that. As a PA, are we able to bill a therapy code for that therapy on the days therapist is not here and I provide the therapy? Any help with this issue is greatly appreciated.
  2. Does your job have retirement benefits or are you just saving for retirement? My knee doctor said I would probably be in a wheelchair around my early 60s.. making it impossible to work. This is making me want to go into a physical therapy program because I could work in a wheelchair as a PT.
  3. I'm finishing up my prereqs for entry into an RT program to gain HCE. I'm currently stuck between applying to a 2 year or a 4 year program. It seems employment with either will not be an issue. Is this correct? I'm leaning toward the 2 year because I'd like to get my degree in Health studies. I'm definitely set on becoming an RT. The program interests me and I've talked to enough RTs to feel confident the work will keep me engaged for the years it takes to get into a PA program. Any advice is appreciated.
