  1. Hi guys, I didn't see a new thread. Hope this helps you guys. Just like in previous years they are moving forward, but it may look a bit different because COVID seems to be slowing down. Here's the email I received on 5/11/2021. I submitted my application on 5/3/2021 and verified on 5/11/2021. Thank you for applying to the Radford University Carilion PA program. This email is to let you know that your application is complete, has been marked as "Verified", and we have received your RU supplemental application. Your application will be put in a queue to be reviewed. You may still provide updates to your application through the CASPA website. Once applications are reviewed, we will make decisions on whom to interview. Our earliest interview dates will be in September. As we don't yet have exact dates selected for interviews, we will likely make offers for interviews in early July at the soonest. We will send out periodic updates to keep you apprised of your status. However, with the necessary changes in how we accomplish our tasks, those updates may not be as frequent as we would like them to be. We are happy to answer any questions that come up, and you are welcome to email me at rhadley1@radford.edu. Thank you, Bob Hadley
  2. Hey guys, I'm sure there's a lot of non-traditional students out there. I'm currently working as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a rehab hospital and a Pre-PA student applying to the PA program next year. I made a video to talk about my experiences, why I chose PA, and what my aspirations are as a future PA. Let me know what you think, and I would love if some non-traditional students who are seeing this are willing to share their experiences as well!
  3. Hello All pre-PA students! We know how difficult the application process for PA school can be, and we are hoping to make it just a little easier. Loma Linda University is holding their 3rd annula pre-PA conference to help prospective students learn more about the profession, application process, and our program. Spend the day with Faculty, local PAs, alumni, and current students! Our main speaker for this event is Tony Adkins PA-C or more popularly known as the "dancing doc". We will be hosting ultrasound and intubation skills labs as well as several information sessions pertaining to writing your personal statement, how to ace the interview, general Q&A, and profession information. The goal is to show you how to become a competitive applicant! DON'T MISS THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN ABOUT APPLYING TO PA SCHOOL! LLU PA Program Admission Representatives will be in attendance. Past attendees have been accepted to LLU's PA program. Refreshments will be provided, and there will also be raffle prizes given away every hour! Visit our eventbrite page for additional information and tickets! https://www.eventbrite.com/e/llus-3rd-annual-pre-pa-conference-registration-85925681025
