I am applying for 2021-22 cycle. I graduated recently and don't have any formal work experience. I am tired of applying to jobs, cold-calling clinics and hospitals for jobs. I even offered to work for free. I am licensed (EKG, and phleb) then also I am getting rejected. Nobody wants to hire anymore, they don't even need free services. I am a person of color, I hope that is not the reason.

Hello! I am currently a senior majoring in public health and I have decided to switch careers and apply to PA school! I am very excited and nervous at the same time. I have the prereqs, my only issue is the patient care hours. As a full-time student, who will be graduating in May, I noticed that many schools open their applications in April and close around October. Do you think it will be possible for me to get the hours by around August? I am currently an STNA and have been actively applying for jobs for the past couple of months however no luck so far. Also, I volunteer with the American Red Cross. How can I get 1000+ hours by next fall? Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated!
