  2. DREXEL UNIVERSITY vs. A.T. STILL UNIVERSITY I received my offers only a few days apart, ATSU before Drexel. Before any of my interviews, Drexel was my number one choice. Looking back, I had little basis for this, other than its reputation and I’ve got a friend who is a first student there who rants and raves about it. My first interview was at Drexel, so I was naturally very nervous. I had no clue what to expect, it was an all day experience and I felt brain fried and overwhelmed by the end. I thought I performed horribly during the individual interview (guess not, since I’ve been accepted
  3. Hi everyone, I was wondering if there are any current Philadelphia University or Drexel University students or alumni who would be willing to talk to me about these programs? I've done a lot of research on these programs but I'd like to get some additional information from current students or alumni. I would really appreciate the help. Thanks!
  4. Hi. I'm a high school senior and I was recently accepted into Hofstra University and Drexel University for the BS/MHS 5 year PA program, which is truly a dream come true!! However I'm having trouble deciding between the two programs. I loved Drexel more because of its urban location, but the program seems more cutthroat. For both the programs, I have to maintain a 3.3 GPA and they both have similar & great PANCE pass results. Hofstra is much cheaper but I think Drexel has a greater reputation when it comes to getting a job?? Could any past alums or current students please give me any
  5. Bad news for PA's, NP's that can't prescribe schedule II's, and more red tape for those who can. http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/830287
  6. Hello! I am looking for a general description of what the past interviews at Drexel have been like. I am aware that there will be one interview with two faculty members and one interview with a previous student. However, was it very straight forward questions? No need to include actual questions, I am just trying to get a feel for it. Thanks! Also, what was the approximate length? I would love some advice! I interview on July 18th, 2014.
  7. Hi everyone! I have a great dilemma right now in that I must choose between Northeastern or Drexel for my PA education. I was accepted to Drexel early this year, and had been preparing myself to start there in September. I was really impressed with Drexel when I interviewed and was happy with my decision. Then I received a call from Northeastern yesterday saying I was accepted off the wait list. I was NOT expecting this. I loved Northeastern from what I saw at the interview, and it was my first choice when I was applying. Does anyone have any insight into either (or both) programs. This is a m

  9. I am deliberating on weather or not to go to Drexel. What are some Pros & Cons about the program? Thanks for sharing and your honesty :;-D:
