  1. I know its saturated due to many schools. But when looking for a job near Philly... Is General Healthcare Network and Einstein Healthcare Networks good places to start. Any thoughts on this?
  2. I feel like it is not a wise thing to do. However, the city I am moving two only has about two main hospitals so all of the job openings on indeed come from the same place. I am open to different specialties, and I would like to apply to multiple fields. Is it wrong to apply to different specialties in the same hospital? And one more question: is it wrong to apply to jobs that say "no new grads"? Probably unlikely to actually get the job but I don't know if this hurts or not. Thank you!
  3. I am a third year student in University and I'm majoring in Health Sciences in the East Coast. I know I want to be in the medical field but I am torn between getting a post-bacc in Nursing or going straight to PA School. I want to achieve my highest potential but I don't know if starting with a BSN and working my way up would be more or less beneficial than going to grad school to become a PA. Any Suggestions? Please be informative and considerate.

Howdy Ok so Im looking for either an extensive online system based bank of test questions (i.e derm questions covering common disorders, presentation, etiology, testing, 1st/2nd line treatment etc) or flashcards could work too. I've seen some USMLE cards online but Im wondering if those would be too in-depth. Photos would be nice too (like skin conditions). Also if you know of any online banks of system based case studies that would be awesome. I have an app on my phone that allows you to pick cases, read the history, read PE results then chose dx testing and treatment but all it does is l
