  1. Ya that's a Stemi, but that's why cardiology has got your back;) Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  2. this and or just give them 52 50000/week and be done with refill request for the year
  3. This is what I do, unless you've got horrible osteoporosis and we want to push a high dose of vitamin D and correct a very low level, then I check.
  4. I did one, it was one of my best!! Lots of hands on suturing, emphasis on knowing all of your anatomy and I use the knowledge every day with lacs, biopsies and other procedures. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  5. RAD is the to pt whom never wheezes unless they are sick and its only MILD wheezing. The difference for me this kid whom gets sick 1-2 times a year does not need preventative tx or even a rescue inhaler as he may use it 1-2 times a year. I treat them differently. They have a rescue inhaler at home, but don't need to carry it, no inhaled steroids and when they get sick I'm more aggressive in treatment and f/u. Think if this patient like an asthma kid that only has asthma when sick. Also these kids often have normal spirometry when not acutely ill
  6. Great job, good pay, gotta have the calling to work in federally qualified clinic
  7. Love my job, the people I work with are amazing, my pts are the most grateful people in the world!! Not every day is great, today sucked, but I know it's rare to do what you love and I try to remember that on the bad days.

  9. Yes I am talking about a room one, I'll ask the FSA people if they are cool with it, and yes they are pricy $$$
  10. I moved to a great new job, the allergies suck in this area. I want to write a script to myself for a hepa air filter, and use my FSA account. Should I just make an appt (busy schedule) with another provider or just do for myself what I know I need. Thoughts????
  11. Pt aid, got acceptance to 2/3 "top 3 schools in nation". Good experience, flexible job for undergrad
  12. Listen, watch, learn. You will hopefully see that your wrong more than your right.
