  11. I am putting together a "PANCE/PANRE Course" reviews section where members of the PA Forum can submit their review of the different available courses that they have taken. I am looking for advice on the review criteria that I could utilize for this section. The user will be able to submit a comment as well. But I am looking for a few core (~5-10) criteria that can be used such as "Digital Content Included", "Free Re-takes until passed", "Mobile Content" etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Michael

  16. I'm curious, what is the distance of the non-compete? My employer had a 2-year, 15 mile radius and I said, "No Thank you" We ended up with a 1-year, 7.5mile radius. That worked for me. I've spoken with many other local PAs and the majority state that they will not sign if there is a non-compete.
  17. Done with updating the website for now! Tired....

Thank you for all your hard work! The site looks great!

  18. I had put an advertisement out for a Physician Assistant and started receiving resumés for Medical Assistants at a ratio of 6:1 (MA's to PA's). It was frustrating! I had to educate these applicants. I had to change the advertisement to include "Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner" and now I'm not getting anymore MA resumés! So, I guess if the name doesn't change, we always resort to, "Hi, I'm Michael, the PA....you know, similar to an NP" ....and we should be good to go!
