  1. Hi all, I'm a new grad and have my first job offer in a small rural town (4 hours from a big city and from friends/fam). The job sounds solid, good pay and benefits, BUT it's not in my specialty of choice (EM) and not in a desirable location or where I know anyone. I don't want to sound ungrateful given the current economy, I am. However, I'm worried I won't like living there, won't be able to meet a SO (I'm single) or find friends given how small it is. The practice has expressed they don't want someone who will jump ship after a year. Do I sacrifice this for the experience and take what I can get given the bleak job market or keep looking? (I have 4 more months before I have to start paying my loans back, have applied to 35+ jobs in last 3 months). I know it's a loaded question, but advice is appreciated!
