  1. Thanks so much for the info! I am absolutely praying to God that I get off of the waitlist... I loved this program and can totally see myself there. Good luck to you and everyone else also waiting to see if you can get off of the waitlist!
  2. Have they filled the class as in they have 25 people who have committed and paid the deposit or did they send out 25 acceptances? I got waitlisted today as well -- I really love this program so it's definitely upsetting but I have faith I'll end up where I need to be in the end.
  3. I also just received the waitlist interview! I am praying that by the grace of God, a spot will open up for me soon. Best of luck to everyone this cycle.
  4. I received an interview invite yesterday and will be interviewing on 10/15! I am extremely grateful to have been provided with the opportunity to represent myself to admissions and will make the most of this privilege. Best of luck to everyone on this long, arduous, humbling journey that is intra-COVID PA school applications.
  5. I am absolutely praying that it is! Best of luck to everyone.
  6. I just received a formal letter of rejection from the program, post-interview. I wish all of my fellow applicants the best of luck on all of your future endeavors, whether that be at ATSU, another program, or even another career. Know that although I did not get accepted, I will still continue to monitor this thread, cheer everyone on, and pray for your continued success! Much Love.
  7. For anyone who closely follows this and/or other threads comparing yourself to others and getting panicked when you don't get that phone call on the day/hour you were expecting: I get it. It's extremely hard to get a type A applicant to desensitize to the idea of having to trust the process and be willing to give up a locus of control; however, whenever you do learn to do so, you'll enjoy the process and appreciate your fellow applicants and their own victories much, much more. Do not panic, do not wish failure upon your peers, and do not despair or give up until you've gotten that final rejection -- even then, don't give up... PA programs love an applicant with some grit and a positive attitude. I am not writing this because an act of providence has occurred and I am reeling from the high that is an acceptance to PA School -- on the contrary, I received a rejection and a waitlist today (no acceptances thus far, in fact) -- I just want everyone to know that they aren't alone in this process, what they are feeling is natural, and that it's all gonna work out in due time.

  9. Yes!! I have been checking my email like 15 times a day in addition to the 100 times I check my phone a day haha
  10. It was really nice meeting everyone at today's AM interview session! Best of luck to everyone this cycle.
  11. For those of you who have not yet seized the opportunity, you should use sites like these to build connections, meet people, and network, in addition to learning more about programs and matriculant stats. There is nothing more rewarding and beneficial towards personal growth, both career wise and socially, than to meet people with similar interests, personality types, and aspirations in life. Once, years ago, I met a girl on one of these types of threads who was also applying to MPH programs and we exchanged contact information and began to chat and keep each other updated about our respective application cycles to MPH programs. Now, 5 years and a masters degree later (we both ended up attending the same MPH program in the same class), we are very, very close friends and colleagues. It just goes to show you that some of these connections can be more fruitful than anticipated! For anyone who wants to chat, please dm me and I'd love to talk all things PA (and even life)!

  13. We did have to sign an NDA, but I can tell you that the process went very smoothly and all of the information sessions were super informative and helpful. Excellent program with a dedicated group of staff, alumni, and students! Hope everyone who also attended yesterday's interview felt like they did well and wishing the rest of the applicants future success in their upcoming interviews.
  14. Radio silent for me. I haven't heard anything about an interview or even a rejection or update even though I applied in early May and kept in close contact with the admissions coordinator at the beginning of the process. I think I at least deserve the courtesy of a formal rejection or an update given how much time, effort, and enthusiasm I put into my application for this program. I am not saying I deserve an acceptance or that I am every program's cup of tea, I would just appreciate more communication and transparency.
  15. I was also waitlisted for Delaware campus after interviewing on Sept 2nd. Bummed to have been waitlisted as this is my second waitlist this cycle with no acceptances so far. Best of luck to everyone still waiting to interview or hear back.
  16. I interviewed on the 2nd! Hopefully we hear back soon, the wait is slowly but surely killing me hahahaha
  17. Still nothing?!? The virtue of patience seems to be a strong focus of Yale's PA program hahaha
  18. Hi everyone. I'm Jose and I'm a refreshing my email like crazy because I want to hear something from Yale addict.
  19. Interviewed for the Delaware campus today. I really liked what I heard about the program and the faculty member that I interviewed with was so friendly and informative! Anxiously waiting to hear their decision
  20. Someone in the other St. Bonaventure thread (go to Physician Assistant Schools > New York > St. Bonaventure) said that they got their acceptance call today, so they have sent out some acceptances We just have to be patient and hope we get good news sometime in the next 6 weeks or so!
