  1. Rejected too. Not too disappointed because UPAP is a reach for me. Best of luck to all of those with interviews! Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  2. Yikes, thanks for the heads up Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  3. Just got accepted from the 8/20 AM session. Is there a Facebook group yet for the new class? Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  4. Liz, Check out Savannah Perry's book (https://books.google.com/books/about/Physician_Assistant_School_Interview_Gui.html?id=-pKkswEACAAJ&source=kp_book_description). I interviewed at two schools last cycle and was waitlisted at both. I just had my first interview of this cycle and I felt like I performed much better after reading Savannah's book. If you decide not to buy the book, one good tip I learned is to write down three attributes that you want your interviewers to know about you and find ways to show those traits. Also to go into the interview assuming that they have not looked at your application, but you also don't want to just re-state your application. Best of luck with your applications! 5. Hey you should contact Lori Beers regarding the Zoom invite. I am interviewing tomorrow too and received my invite yesterday. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  6. I spoke with Lori today and found out that I'm 127 on the wait list and they are currently sending out acceptance letters to applicants in the 20s on the wait list. Good luck to everyone and hopefully they pull you off! Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  7. From my understanding the waitlist is constantly updating and if we don't have a response by March, then we should reach out to the Admissions office. Although it does make me feel better that not many, if anybody, has been accepted off the waitlist Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
  8. Hahahaha - well done. I'll save that picture for a future post on a similar topic.
  9. Thanks for the responses everyone, you've saved me over $200 for the ACLS class. On the topic of standing out, is there anything besides the obvious (high GPA, plenty of PCE hours, etc.) to stand out?
  10. Hi, I am a mid-level applicant (3.3 csGPA, 2000+ PCE hours, 160V/155Q/4.0 GRE) looking to stand out. I have my BLS and EMT certifications, but I was thinking about getting ACLS or PALS as a booster to my application. Would this help my chances at all? Or would my time and money be better spent on online classes to boost my GPA.
