I'm starting PA school next month and was wondering if I should get an iPad or android tablet! Any suggestions on which is better for note taking, medical apps, drawing, etc.? Also any android tablet recommendations? Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hey guys! I'm starting PA school next month and heard a tablet can be pretty helpful, but I can't decide whether to get an iPad 4 or a Samsung galaxy tablet. Does anyone have any recommendations on other android tablets or which is better for medical apps, note taking, etc.? Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Pretty sure you're obligated to submit all transcripts from all schools, meaning you actually need to submit both. CASPA with average the two grades together Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Okay thanks for the suggestions I'll check both of those out! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thanks so much for the suggestion! My main question though is what shoes to wear NOT with scrubs. When I'm in business casual or business attire I want somewhat cute/stylish shoes that I can wear with cute business casual outfits, like comfy flats! If you have any other insight on that I would love to hear it! Thank you again :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

This may seem like a silly question, but I have a bad back and am wondering if any of you ladies out there could recommend some comfy/supportive but stylish shoes to wear during rotations/on the job in general! After being on my feet all day I'm sure the wrong shoes can have a negative impact. Any input would be appreciated :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Application Cycle 2016 - 2017

Just got in off the wait list! So excited to meet everyone! -
I personally probably wouldn't risk lowering your GPA or getting a bad grade in a science course at this point. Just take biochem instead, it is a more manageable course that will still look good on your application! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I interviewed on 9/12 I believe!! Some of my main reasons for choosing TJU were the location, the connections/resources available in the area, and its close proximity/connection to the hospital! Also doesn't hurt that it's a very well known school. Its successful medical school makes me confident that the PA program will be just as successful!:) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'll be starting in May! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

TJU may be new but their first graduating class did have a 100% PANCE pass rate! If you decide to attend I'll see ya there! :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It took the full 3 weeks for me, but that was at the beginning of the interview cycle so maybe it would be faster now! Good luck!- 97 replies
