    Very busy facial plastic surgery practice looking to hire a Physician Assistant. This is a VERY detail-oriented practice, and seeking applicants who possess the following qualities: (1) willing to patiently learn from the lead physician; (2) very attentive to details; (3) amicable personality-type, easily relatable to patients and close-chemistry staff; (4) trustworthy and careful; (5) organized, thoughtful approach to learning and delivery of care; (6) quick-natured; (7) intelligent. The position currently offers in-office job duties involving, but not limited to: learning and performing cosmetic facial injections in accord with the physician’s techniques; lead assistant with robotic hair transplantation; lead assistant with in-office skin cancer facial reconstructions; majority of post-operative and post-procedural visits; pre-operative and pre-procedural visits; preparation and performance of laser therapies when allowable; preparation and performance of non-surgical body treatments; preparation and performance of advanced skin care treatments including chemical peels. The position currently offers operating room job duties including first surgical assist during rhinoplasty, facelift, necklift, and other related surgeries. The position offers non-therapeutic, but meaningful job duties including, but not limited to: cosmetic patient consultation; cosmetic patient telephone liaison; knowledge, sale, and promotion of in-office skin care regimens; oversight of preoperative clearance checkpoints; occasional assistance with promotional online or in-office marketing protocols. Experience within the plastic surgery industry is considered of value, but not necessary. More important to the physician, is a well-thought dedicated commitment to this subspecialty field, as there will be a large commitment of time and effort to training. Equally important is the correct personality-type, able to work closely with the physician to deliver a very trustable, high-quality standard of care. Considering part-time and full-time applicants.
