You will be in a very close relationship with many expert, passionate providers in a highly regarded specialty clinic offering care to patients traveling from long distances. This is a career opportunity to excel in your personal skill set, to study and research hip problems, and to treat patients of all ages with problems of the hip and pelvis. ·         Perform comprehensive and problem-focused history and physical evaluations of patients in a clinic based practice, triaging patients towards surgical intervention, or providing non-surgical care independent of the surgeons when conservative management is deemed appropriate.

    ·         Order and interpret diagnostic studies (x-rays, MRI and CT)

    ·         Learn and execute ultrasound based diagnosis and guided injections of the hip and pelvis.

    ·         There is no ER call involved; however, the position involves some weekend rounding on in-patients and participating in a rotating “call” for phone calls from patients and hospital nurses.

We seek a professional interested in developing a specialized focus and skill set in hip and pelvis pathologies. We are dedicated clinicians, educators and researchers hoping to find a partner who will be involved with teaching patients, families, and physician learners that come to observe our practice. We will involve our PA in the learning process, involving this person in courses and training experiences focused on this knowledge base.
