We are looking for a full time Nurse Practitioner for our family practice located in Howard Beach, Queens, NY. This would be a full time position that would include at least two evening shifts a week and two Saturdays a month.
Responsibilities would include:
Providing general and preventative care including conducting check-ups and annual wellness exams
Ordering and interpreting lab tests and radiology studies
Prescribing medications
Documenting patient care services by charting in electronic patient record

Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Graduate of accredited NP program
- Current NYS NP Certification
- DEA License preferred but not a requirement
