I am currently in the process of obtaining my Bachelors from UMBC and after I finish that, I plan on applying to AACC's P.A. Program. I am a resident of Anne Arundel County and I would absolutely love to attend this school.

 

I have read over the programs website at least one hundred times and I am well aware of the average student, but I would like to hear from actual people who are currently enrolled or have completed this program.

 

What kind of tips could you suggest to help getting accepted into this program?

Time to pat yourself on the back. This has definitely been the most interesting style of interview I've ever encountered. I don't feel like I was able to gauge my candidacy, but I'm crossing my fingers that I will open my mailbox and find an acceptance letter in it, at some point. 1. How has the transition been to the master's degree at UMB been?  Are you satisfied with the classes there?  

 

2.Will the MS in Health Sciences this program offers pose any kind of issue getting a job or a license in another state?  I know in 2020 every program will have to offer a master's degree and I'm wondering if this will suffice.

 

2. Can anyone comment on the locations/quality of the clinical rotations?  Are they all in Maryland?

I was reading one of the CCBC threads and, it sounds like they've already started interviewing; has anyone heard anything about interviews from AACC yet? I know their website says only "the most competitive applicants" will be invited for an interview. Now if only I knew which side of that cut off I'm going to land on! Who else is out there suffering through the suspense?
