About Michael Banuchi, MPH, PA-C
Michael Banuchi founded the PA Forum in 1998 and graduated from Nova Southeastern University PA Program in 2002 with a B.S. in P.A. studies and Masters in Public Health. Michael works in Coral Springs doing general Dermatology as well as Mohs surgical repairs. He currently lives in Boca Raton, FL with his wife, Angelique and 3 year old daughter, Brooke.

About J. Michael Jones, PA-C
J. Michael Jones, MPAS-C grew up in East Tennessee and has degrees from East Tennessee State University, The University of Kentucky, The American University in Cairo and The University of Nebraska. He began his career in a headache treatment center in Ann Arbor, Michigan and has spent most of his career working with headache patients, including Mayo Clinic’s Headache Division. He has philanthropic interest in delivering health care in the developing world and has worked in Oman, Egypt, twice in Pakistan and Nepal. He is the creator and director of the first PA-Owned headache center in beautiful Anacortes, Washington. He has been married to Denise (whom he met in Oman) for 29 years and they have five children, four of whom are presently working toward PhDs and the fifth a successful musician.
About Robert Blumm, MA, PA-C, DFAAPA
Bob received his early training as a combat medic in the Republic of Vietnam from 1965-68. He has been a PA for the past forty years and received the first AAPA Paragon Award for the Physician/PA Team along with his SP Gerald Acker, MD. Bob is the fifteenth recipient of the John W. Kirklin M.D. Award for Excellence in Surgery. He has served as an administrator, clinician and a mentor.
Bob is a Distinguished Fellow of the AAPA and a member of AFPPA, AASPA, APSPA, AAPA, NYSSPA and the ACC... He has served as president of NYSSPA, AASPA, APSPA and the ACC. He chaired the surgical congress of the AAPA for four years and served as the AAPA Liaison to the ACS for five years.
Bob has authored and co-edited a textbook with Adam Singer, MD and Judd Hollander, MD ,Skin and Soft Tissue Infections an Evidence Based Textbook. He is contributing author for two additional textbooks. Bob has authored in excess of two hundred articles, is a national conference speaker for PAs and NPs as well as physicians and is on the Editorial Board of Advance for NPs and PAs and is Chairman of the PA Advisory Board for Clinician1.com

About Melissa Murfin
Melissa Murfin earned a B.S. in Molecular Biology/Microbiology at the University of Central Florida. After working as a microbiologist and wet chemist, she concurrently completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees at the University of Florida. Dr. Murfin previously worked as a physician assistant in the area of endocrinology for approximately 7 years before joining the pharmacy faculty at Lake Erie College of Medicine School of Pharamcy. She has prior experience as an assistant editor for a pharmaceutical publication and currently writes freelance health articles for the lay media. She has also been employed as a clinical hospital pharmacist and infectious disease physician assistant.
About Ed Chow

A New York City native, Edward Chow graduated Cum Laude as a Physician Assistant in 2008 from the City University of New York. He is a trilingual Physician Assistant currently working in rehabilitation medicine and emergency medicine. His interest/hobbies include cruises,photography,traveling, exercising,volleyball, and meditation.
About David Payne
I graduated from the University of St Francis (Albuquerque, NM) back in 2005. Since that time I've had the privilege of working in Family Medicine and Urgent Care. Since 2007 I've also worked as a full-time PA Educator. I'm passionate about PA Education and recently took a position as the founding director for a new PA Program being established in the city of Charleston, West Virginia. I'm excited to share my expertise on PA Education, especially for prospective and current PA students! My name is Chris Campbell and I am finishing my second semester of PA School at The University of Kentucky. I am a non-traditional student who was a high school science teacher before starting PA School. I am very blessed with the opportunity to be in the middle of my journey of becoming a PA and am very grateful for everyone who has influenced me along the way.

About Rachel Hales, PA-S I
A native Texan, Rachel Hales graduated in 2011 from the University of Dallas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and concentration in Spanish. She is currently a Physician Assistant student at the University of Texas Medical Branch and is interested in practicing in pediatrics in the future. Rachel also enjoys baking, watching Texas Rangers baseball games, playing the harp, and listening to country music.

His prior health care experience includes five years as a volunteer firefighter/EMT in the Olympia, Washington area and medical missions in Central America. Prior to pursuing health care as a vocation, Jonathan had an 18 year career in Information Technology, culminating in a decade of IT security work for Intel Corporation. He holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems and a Master of Divinity from Pepperdine University.

About Anne Marre Bautista
Anne-Marre is a senior student from City University of New York, Hunter in Manhattan, NY and is currently working on her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Biology Minor and as a Pre-Physician Associate student. Besides her deep passion and interest in the Physician Associate profession, Anne Marre enjoys a lot of competitive yet fun activities such as public speaking and the sports of tennis and bowling. Anne Marre's main goals in becoming a PA are to enjoy the beauty of serving the unprivileged population and the challenging world of surgery.
About Farah Ali
Passions for education, travel and medicine are threaded through Farah Ali’s post-graduate, pre-PA path. She has worked in research at Johns Hopkins University and at Mount Sinai and as a medical docent at Bodies: The Exhibition. Her clinical experiences include work in the departments of Neurology, Psychiatry, Nutrition and Emergency Medicine in a public hospital in Spanish Harlem. She graduated with a degree in Neuroscience and minor in Art History, and is currently an Adjunct Lecturer of Anatomy and Physiology.

About Scott Kane
Currently I am a Pre-PA Student. I will be starting Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) MPA program in January 2012.
I retired from thr US Navy after 20 years and 22 days on April 30th 2011. While I was in the Navy I was an Independent Duty Corpsman. I am planning on using my post 9/11 G.I. Bill to pay for school.
I am originally from New York and have travelled all around the US and the world while in the Navy.
