MN2013
Graduating in May 2013. Opportunity to be first PA-C in private OB/GYN practice. Basic responsibilities would include first-assisting, hospital rounding, and clinic. This will be the groups first PA-C. They are not quite sure what to expect with a physician assistant in this specialty (but are open to learning); I would like to be better informed as to what reasonable salary expectations (within these multiple settings), call time, and in-office procedural capabilities are. Would greatly appreciate your insight, thanks!

lcmd11
Hi MN2013. I am a new grad in a similar position and am considering an OBGYN job that would also include first assisting, hospital, and clinic. Did you ever get any insight into reasonable starting salaries. If you ended up getting the job, are you liking it? Any recommendations? Thanks!
