jermainecockrel
Hello everyone, A quick question... I just came across this program at RRCC, and I was wondering about the 2000 hours of paid healthcare requirement. I have worked as a civilian dental assistant/dental front office for the past 7 years. For 7 years before that I was an Active Duty Air Force health services management technician (medical administration. I just wated to know if the program will count my years of dental assisting paid healthcare hours? BTW - I got my bachelors degree in biology from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2005. If anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks, Jermaine
PASASM92
Hi, I am pretty sure they will count it. I wrote the admin asking the same thing. She let me know that the 2000 was very vague, and it is up to you to convince them that you have the experience in your PS. Seems like you do. Good Luck, SG

sthall
Some programs won't count it. Better to check with each program.
