I understand the interview format and I am preparing answers to standard interview questions. I would love to know any curve ball questions, just so I'm prepared. Also, what was the essay like? Is is something I can prepared for? I understand if you feel it would be inappropriate to answer this query. I would not want to break any ethical standards as the initiation into a program.
