paprospect24 Posted September 1, 2012 Share Posted September 1, 2012 Under Clinical Experience Requirements (http://www.rccd.edu/academicprograms/pa/Pages/AcademicPrerequisites.aspx) it now says Emergency room based hours only. Since when did this change? This is not what I was told at the orientation? Can anyone offer some insight on this or know who I could speak with to get some clarification? Id call and ask about that, as EMT>medical assistant in my opinion. So far I have not had much luck with getting specific questions answered. I was told that they were not looking as favorably at EMT experience because they were finding that most applicants only had experience doing transports, so it was imperative your supervisor wrote your specific job duties in your hours verification.
