Foreign medical student EM placement opportunities?

Good morning:

 

I have been around the forum for a while and though I ended up going the medical school rather than PA route, I still have tremendous respect for the PA profession and hope to be able to support it and work with PAs in the future. I am mid-way through a UK-style undergraduate entry medical school program in Australia and am looking to do a two week emergency medicine placement in America. There seem to be a fair number of emergency medicine PAs on the forum, so I thought it was worth asking whether anyone is at a facility where they would allow an international medical student to visit on a pre-clerkship placement like this.
