Hello everyone! Since it's the weekend and I can't call CASPA, I am planning to submit in the next few days. I'm a little confused between "complete" and "e-submitted". I have at least 2 references so far, finalizing my personal statement, wrote out all the achievements/experiences. Basically I'm done except for some schools have their supplemental app of essays. Here's my question. I am still waiting on my transcripts to be received at CASPA (in route). Could I just submit my application to one school already even though they want a "complete date," does it mean that once CASPA receives those transcripts, then that school will see I have a "complete" application then it will get verified then the school can look at it? Or do I have to wait for them to get received by CASPA so then it would be complete and then I can submit?? Hopefully I'm making sense. Like if I have everything done on my part, can I just submit my app, even though my transcripts are still in route?

This is all clearly spelled out in the CASPA FAQ for e-submitting and completing your application, and how programs receive your application (unless I am misunderstanding your question).

You can e-submit whenever you are done and intend to make no more edits.  You won't be able to after you e-submit to one or more programs.

Your application won't be complete ... or reviewed (or transcripts verified) until they have 2 LORs, ALL of your transcripts, and your payment.

Schools typically don't look at applications until they meet the program's "expectations" -- complete, verified, whatever -- but they CAN as soon as it is e-submitted and paid for (again, see those details in the CASPA FAQ).
