If you are dual certified, can you bill for services from both disciplines?

I am a licensed SLP currently working on pre requisites for PA school. I have been wondering, if I worked in a specialty that overlapped with my SLP skills, is it allowed to bill for PA and SLP services during the same visit, or to provide SLP services within that office separately from my PA services?

Check with someone really familiar with Medicare rules.  I don't think you can refer to yourself and charge for both visits without risking fraud charges, but maybe that's just for DME.  Regardless, that's a good question.
