Think I'm on my final draft but feel it lacks personality, looking for critique

As the title states, I am at what I am considering my final draft but after reading through I feel as though it lacks my personality and what sets me apart as an applicant. If I could PM someone for critique it would be greatly appreciated!

I could certainly read it, but the advice I was given by a PA at my office (who is also on a professor at St. Kates pa program) was to read your PS out loud and see how it comes across. Does it tell your story without you trying too hard to sound meaningful? Does it show how much you really want this, and what you have done to get to this point? Is there any negativity in your story that could be rewritten to always turn positive? Those were some helpful hints she gave me. Feel free to message me!
