stellahead
I know my tales are becoming a tragedy. But here's the latest. Cardiology. 10 hour days M-F. No night call. Hospital rounding every fifth weekend. Insurance for PA only, no family. 401K after one year. All for max of $80,000.
JDayBFL
Calculating the projected hours worked and your salary... you are around $28/hr. For 50 hour work weeks. Probably nurses you work with make same hourly wage. Don't short yourself.
roger777
There shouldn't be any overlap between RN and PA salaries. Just should not be a thing. That said, RN salaries can be very low in the south. My understanding is that it is not uncommon for RNs to make in the teens.
