Thankful_Patient Posted October 19, 2016 Share Posted October 19, 2016 Hey everyone! So recently I had my first ever experience with a PA, and like most ignorant patients I was skeptical at first. The PA-C I was with made me feel so comfortable and was so much easier to talk to than the cold Docs I usually have. After really listening to my issues, she gave me a diagnoses and wrote a prescription for me. In all of my years of life I would have to say this one PA-C was head and shoulders above every physician I have ever been with, and I've had some good physicians. The PA I was with emphasized the lack of understanding among patients on the profession, so after the visit, I researched more about the PA profession and realized that you guys are very qualified and hard working individuals.
