I'll consider moving out of state to get in. But there are so many schools... How do you narrow down the options? I'm at the beginning of this journey... PACrankset Posted July 29, 2016 Share Posted July 29, 2016 Look at their curriculum, some schools allow more electives to let you personalize your education, look at PANCE pass rates, you want these to be pretty good considering you will be paying a lot of money to be educated to pass the test. Look up accredited PA programs and to narrow it down from there, look at their curriculum, PANCE pass rates, and you can look at how many clinical electives they allow if you want to be super picky. You can also try to grasp an idea of what population (patient-wise) you would like to become familiar with during your time in the program, because the location of the school typically facilitates that (near by clinicals, which hospitals/offices the school works with etc).
