Hey everyone! I hope the applications are going well for you.

I am a student at UD this year. So if you have any questions about the program or what to expect feel free to ask me here. This was our first week of classes, I imagine the faculty have been really busy with all of us here.

How have the first week of classes been? Also I was wondering about the structure of the anatomy course. I forgot to ask in my interview if there is a cadaver lab and if so how it is set up? Thank you and congratulations on beginning your PA journey!

Really good so far! We are starting off fast but it's been manageable. And the faculty has been really great. There is a cadaver lab. There are four bodies and we are split up so that 1/2 the class goes to lab to dissect one day and the other half goes in the next. It works out so that there are generally three people working on a cadaver at a time. Other than that we have anatomy lecture twice a week!

For anyone who has already had an interview, how did it go? What was the format of the day? I just found out I have an interview Oct. 6!

I had mine August 25th. How mine worked was the interviewers asked typical questions for an interview and that was about it. The interview does not take very long, they are mostly trying to get to know you and how you would fit at the program. I had my tour of the school directly following the interview. I would not worry though, they were all very nice and comforting. They make it more of a conversation than an interview itself. Good luck on Oct. 6!
