Did any of you guys use AP scores for prerequisites? I got an email from GW saying that I needed to send my official score report to CASPA, but I just got off the phone with CASPA and they said that there is nowhere to report AP scores even if I sent it directly to them. Did any of you have to report AP scores, and how did you do it if you did? Thanks!

Just sent in my application to Gardner-Webb. How long before email about supplemental/potential interview?

Like any school it depends. You should get a supplemental invite fairly soon (1 week or so). Assuming you're a strong enough applicant, I would say you could get an interview Invite as early as two weeks after your file has been moved to "official review". Most of the people who have interviews right now applied really early.

Good luck to you!

Edited for accuracy.

Hey everyone for those who have already done the supplement are the two multiple-choice assessments just simple opinion questions and you can pick from A,B, C or D?

If I remember correctly it's a simple questionnaire of things that you strongly agree/strongly disagree with (the typical 1-5 scale that I'm sure you've seen before). You'll have an essay with the supplemental app as well so don't forget that.

Good luck!

  • 2 weeks later...

Just got my interview invite for August 15. That was fast! I submitted all my stuff about a week ago, then received an email stating my application had passed preliminary review and is moving on to official review. Then received interview invite this morning. Now to make flight and hotel reservations. :-)

anyone have suggestions on hotels close to the university?

This is from their website.

I think I'm going to fly into Charlotte and probably have to get a rental car. I doubt an Uber or Lyft would take me all the way there. ;-p I think the AmericInn is the closest hotel/motel to the university. I'm planning on getting a room there so I can keep logistics on the day of to a minimum. :-)
