I am running for President-Elect of the Wisconsin Academy of PAs. My platform is to implement Model State Legislation to include deletion of supervised and dependent practice, to harmonize PAs laws with other similar health care professionals that we work side-by-side with, to advocate for full practice responsibility, and collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals. If you believe in these goals and want to see Wisconsin's laws improved, please vote for me. Election notices will be out in Mid-March and you can read my platform statement then. Thanks. It's a contested election now so if anyone on the Forum is from Wisconsin and a member of WAPA, please vote for me.  A vote for me means you will have a strong advocate that supports full practice responsibility, deletion of supervisory language and using collaboration instead, full prescribing rights without a delegatory act from a physicianneeded for us to prescribe, and so much more.

A vote for me means I will work hard towards brining Wisconsin into the 21st century so we have the ability to practice to the fullest extent of our licensure and education.  I aim to modernize and harmonize our laws with other professionals in the state.  You know who I mean!

Thanks.
