chloeme
I will be graduating from PA school this spring, and I have started to apply for jobs, but I just wanted to see if anyone had advice for a new grad. Many jobs specify that they require several years of experience- PA's that I have met on my rotations say to just apply regardless, that the first job they got out of school listed experience required, and they were still hired. When submitting my resume through monster etc, should I be including a cover letter that addresses that I am a new grad? Prior to returning to PA school, I worked for several years in biotech, and the cover letters I used in applying for those jobs were very detailed about my qualifications and interest in the job, so I am just trying to get an idea of what's "expected" when applying for jobs as a PA. thanks for any and all advice!
