pavlovacloud
So I just found out about this form. Is it true this has to form has to be submitted and processed before we can actually see patients in CA? My friend in Virginia said this is how her "delegation of services" works. Also any idea how we get an actual form? http://www.pac.ca.gov/forms_pubs/delegation.pdf
DizzyJ
This is incorrect. CA does require a DSA for every PA, but this is kept at the practice. It does not need sent to the board for approval. This is stated on the pdf you posted.
