cc56 Posted March 29, 2016 Share Posted March 29, 2016 Worked for a smaller group who got bought out by a bigger group. I came in at 99K a year (first job), kept the same salary when bought out. The group kind of separated Spine from other ortho. When I started I was "other ortho", but then switched to spine exclusive. The original spine guys were making like 130K and got a bonus. I stayed at 99k a year even though spine exclusive. Some politics with this, but those are the number I had and what I heard they had. This is in the Chicago-land area.
