chaelabob
Hi guys, I am a new PA, just finished my first 6 months working in primary care. What are the requirements for supervising physicians to co-sign charts beyond the 6 month mark? From reading the state regulations, aside from the "selection" of charts reviewed at the quarterly reviews, there's no other requirement for charts to be co-signed? What do your supervising physicians do in your practice? Seems odd to have no charts at all reviewed except at the quarterly review....... Also does anyone have a document they use for the quarterly reviews? Thanks!
