Apparently, it is an emergency medicine residency for PAs, mounted by a private practice: Emergency Medicine Physicians. It takes place at University Medical Center in Las Vegas. I think it might fall under the jurisdiction of "private programs that are not approved are most likely slave labor", but I just thought I would ask. Thanks everyone.
