Mostly B's in prereqs

So I have mostly B's in my prerequisites. I have probably like 4 A's out of all of them but they are mostly Bs. Science GPA comes out to be a 3.52. I'm worries this is seriously hurting me. Anyone else have this problem? 

 

I'm also nervous because my GRE was sub par :/ except for my writing which I got a 5. Like I'm literally just 1 or 2 points away from being average on the verbal and quantitative. I currently can't afford to take another GRE though. And I want retake it hopefully before September ends but money has just been so tight lately. What is your experience with mostly B's and sub par GRE?

You need to quit worrying about stats, especially other people's stats. Everyone is different. As long as you meet minimum qualifications for GPA, SGPA, GRE, HCE, volunteer and shadowing hours, you can put together a viable application. Of course, not meeting stated minimum qualifications for a school generally means you shouldn't apply. Focus on the things you can still influence for the current application cycle. Things like LORs, PS and a potential interview. Getting all hung up on stuff you can't change, though human, is a waste of time and energy. If you are a club footed batter, don't obsess on how slow you run the bases; focus on hitting the ball out of the park. Lousy analogy, I know, but you should get the point.

If you're the nervous type - i.e. how many times have you checked the replies on this thread since you started it? - then do yourself a huge favor and take some time off the forums.

 

You can answer the "what are my chances" question easily by checking average accepted stats on your prospective school's admissions site.  Or you can use a throw away email and ask for the stats from the dept if they don't have them posted.

 

I'm applying with a 3.4 sGPA, including Bs, Cs and a D.  I've got 3 interview invites, withdrew my app from 2 schools so far and have yet to hear from another 2.  You'll do fine.  If you are of age, then go have a beer and chill out for a while.

I also have a lot of B's..this is my first app cycle. I meet the gpa requirements but I dont exceed it...I dont know what I should do.

I have over 2800 pce as a MA in a dermatology office

Over 700 hrs of volunteer hours and 420 hrs of shadowing. Unfortunately, i have only received one A.. (i know...terrible) in Pathophysiology.  In undergrad I was working 2 jobs and couldnt rely on my parents for anything so i had to work but all these B-/B/B+ are killing me....should I even apply to a PA program?

I could retake my C in orgo 1 to improve on that but i dont know what else i should do. PLEASE I NEED SOME ADVICE!

In the end, you've got what you got and done what you've done. You've put in a lot of work. If you can afford it, go through the application process and see what happens. It's like dropping one quarter in a slot machine; you can't win if you don't play.

At the same time, investigate schools you might apply to and make sure you're not way off-base with grades or experience. And get great LORs and write a good essay.

I would also say to not worry so much about your gpa stats. My cGPA was 3.44 and my science GPA was lower. My GRE cumulative was 306. I had great experience, amazing LOR, and a personal statement that I worked on a lot. I applied for the first time to 15 schools, and interviewed at 3. I got waitlisted at 2/3 and did not get in my first year. My second year applying, I got 6 interview invites (one of which I declined). I got accepted to 3 schools, and wait listed at 2. I met a lot of people at interviews who had a HUGE variety of gpa and experiences. If you have questions about the application process, you are welcome to message me on here.
