Evaluation Login Creation Failure

CASPA is impossible to contact and one of my evaluators is having issues creating a login. He's tried a multitude of passwords with the same message. He's also typed in his email in the "forgot password" and says that the email is in error (which it is not). The message states:

Centralized Application Service We're sorry something went wrong with your request.

For additional support contact us.

 

 

 

Anyone else having issues? Any solutions?

 

**Update** I did get in touch with CASPA (after 30 minutes of holding) and they told me they are having technical difficulties with Evaluators creating their login and password. He claimed it should be resolved in 1-3 business days**
