Good books for case studies ?

Recommended Posts

Case files series is pretty good. They have Family Medicine, IM, Peds, OB/GYN, EM, Psych, Critical Care, Surgery, and Anesthesiology (I own all).

Core Clinical Cases is another solid series. They have a medicine and surgical book I would recommend. http://www.amazon.com/Clinical-Medicine-Medical-Specialties-Edition/dp/1444145428

If you want critical care/EM type cases here is another great one that has great pictures and imaging: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/144433347X/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1427640102&sr=8-1&keywords=visual+diagnosis+in+emergency+and+critical+care+medicineπ=AC_SY200_QL40&dpPl=1&dpID=51LSkPtCk%2BL&ref=plSrch

Thanks for the links, I will check these out a little bit later.  I already finished all the case files books as a student.

I think I will definitely get this one with pictures (2nd link) - looks great.

The other one - core clinical cases - there is no preview or reviews.  Is this book worth getting?  Is it at the level of a student or more advanced and worthwhile?

If anyone else has any recs please do post them.
